Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
In case any product is damaged on receipt, and you don’t accept the packet at the time of the delivery due to a torn or damaged product, a replacement will be provided to you and a refund may also be processed depending upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
After placing the order customer can cancel the order before the order is packed. And in case of customer request for Refund, it will be processed through same mode within 10 working days. Products can be returned within 24 hours from the day of delivery.

Ship and Delivery Policy
We usually ship the product within 2 working days after receiving the order and try and deliver them within 2-3 working weeks.
• Monday- Friday: Next day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 p.m., after 2:00 p.m. it will be considered for the next working day.
• Saturday: For orders placed before 2:00 p.m. –delivery will be fulfilled by Monday.
• Saturday & Sunday: For orders placed after 2:00 p.m. –delivery will be fulfilled by Tuesday.
• Public holidays- delay in delivery expected by 2-3 days.
